We understand that backups are an important arsenal for every service provider. Our aim is to provide FREE backups to our customers as much as we can to add value for our services. In order to serve our customers better we are introducing a new Backup Policy for our hosting services. Going forward all our shared, email and reseller hosting packages will include upto 5 days of FREE backup for all users. This FREE addon will only be available for Shared and Reseller hosting services and will NOT be available for all our VPS customers.
Every customer may have different needs depending on how much data they have. Keeping this in mind we are also introducing a paid Backup service which can store upto 30 days of backup on a remote server. This new paid addon is available for all (Shared, Reseller, Email and VPS) customers. This new service will be available for $5/month and can be purchased as an addon from your user control panel. If we have to look at how much will this cost me for a day ? Well this service will cost you $0.16 a day to store upto 30 days worth of backups on a remote server.
Do i have to do anything ? How will this work ? Only step you have to do is purchase this addon. This service will be an automatic backup solution which will be configured to your account upon purchase. It will automatically backup your entire account and send it to a remote server for storage. This program will store upto 30 days worth of data on a remote server just in case you need to restore something in case of an emergency.
